Art attack

WALT: use different painting techniques to paint a picture of a pukeko.

We will know we can do this when:

·     we can mix colours;

·     use different colours to emphasise specific features/details;

·     use different brush stroke techniques to create different effects;

·     we can paint a background

I like the legs because it looks like it is walking like a real pukeko.

Integrated Topic - Change in Plants

I have been learning about change in plants.
I can talk about the life cycle of a plant and how is starts
as a seed and grows into a tree and seeds come from the tree
which grow into other trees.

Term 3 Writing

I am learning to add detail to my writing to make it
more interesting to read.

I wrote about my snake's habitat. It is hiding in the forest
and is climbing out of the other tree.
